The Slidell Museum and Mardi Gras Museum are ideal destinations for history and Mardi Gras enthusiasts! The museum offers historical tours and information about the city origins and growth over the years. The old Town Hall is home to the museum (first floor) and the Mardi Gras Museum (second floor).

The current museum hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 4 pm, Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. Admission is free, and groups are welcome, although advance booking is advised. Please contact the Slidell Museum via email: [email protected].
